300liters Heat Pipe Solar Water Heater 

Split pressurized Type composite:

solar collector+storage tank+controller+working station +installation parts.

1. solar collector Working Principle:  

1. As heat pipe collector, the condenser zone of the heat-pipe is inserted to the copper sleeves which are distributed on the water pipe averagely. 2. After solar energy is absorbed by vacuum tubes, it is transferred to heat pipe through aluminum fin. 3. Heated by the energy, the medium in heat-pipe is working and transferring the heat energy to the condenser zone. 4. When water or other medium in the water pipe flows across the copper sleeves, they would bring the energy and be heated. 5. The heated water or other medium makes water in the tank hotter and hotter by walking across the coils in the tank. 

2. Whole system:

1. Collector absorbs solar energy and transmits it to the water tank through circulation.

2. When discrepant temperature of the collector and water tank reaches the set valve, controller starts the circulation pump automatically. 3. The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.4. The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by lower heat exchanger in the water tank.5. When the temperature difference between solar collector and tank doesn't reach the set value, the circulation pump will be shut automatically.6. In case the temperature of the water tank does not reach Tmax, Electric Heating Element will start to work automatically.
